CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
Lean&Fit (Individual): This is a 45 minute workout using dumbells, step, resistance band, & bodyweight work to give a full body fat burning workout. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
Strong&Fit (Individual): This is a 45 min workout using barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells and bands - we use a variety of exercises to target all areas of the body. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
Individual Training Program: If you have particular areas you would like to work on & would like to have a personalised program designed just for you please get in touch. You can book in at these times (and/or any of the Workout of the Day times listed) to work on your program.
Spinning (Inter/Adv) - (Currently we cannot run spin classes but we look forward to offering them again once restrictions are lifted) This is a great cardio workout - 45 min spin class set to up to the minute chart music with disco lights & music videos for experienced spin class enthusiasts.
