8 Week Online Fitness
& Nutrition Program
Sick of trying (and failing) to follow restrictive low calorie diets, rigid meal plans & rigorous exercise regimes? Its time to break the habits of a life time and start seeing some long term results that you can actually maintain. This 8 week program will begin on Monday 12th April 2021.

Our 8 week plan is designed set you up for long term success. What's involved:
1. Access to all of our LIVE and On Demand fitness classes. These classes are suitable for all fitness levels. You can read more about these in our ONLINE CLASSES SECTION.
2. Individual daily calorie & macro goals will be set depending on your goals and activity levels. Different individuals will have different goals, fat loss, increased fitness/weight maintenance or weight gain/lean muscle gain. Sensible flexible eating approach with food tracking through MyFitnessPal (free to download and use).
3. Weekly educational emails on some of the most common topics that come up when it comes to nutrition. These emails will help you move forward from this 8 Week Program with the tools you will need to set you up for long term success.
4. Weekly detailed check in and advice from your coach.
5. Access to lots of fitness & nutrition tips and advice together with meal ideas and inspiration over the 8 weeks in our private group.
Once you have completed the 8 weeks, if you would like to continue on your journey you will have the option to continue on a weekly basis. We will email you at the end of Week 7 to see what you would like to do at that point.
